Background Location

Waddini uses background location access to enable essential features such as trip tracking, driver updates, and timely notifications—even when the app is closed or not actively in use. This access is requested with your consent, and you can revoke it anytime from your device settings.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Limited data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., analytics, crash reporting) under strict confidentiality agreements, solely to operate and improve the app.

Data Retention

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal requirements. Once no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly inside the app:

1. Go to Profile / Account Settings.
2. Select Delete Account.
3. Confirm to permanently remove your account.

When you delete your account:

• Your personal data will be removed from active systems within a reasonable period (typically up to 30 days).
• Some information may be retained as required by law or for fraud-prevention and security purposes.
• After deletion, you will no longer be able to use your account.

• You may enable or disable app permissions (including background location) at any time from your device settings.
• You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal data via in-app options or by contacting us.
• You may request complete account deletion from inside the app or by contacting us via the email above.

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
